What will they learn in Rescue Diver Course?

The Rescue Diver Course consists of three parts: knowledge development, rescue training exercises, and open water rescue scenarios. You will learn how to use emergency oxygen, troubleshoot gear problems, navigate underwater, and rescue yourself and others from various situations.

Rescue Diver Course Certificate

A Rescue Diver Course certificate is a document that proves that you have completed a scuba diving course that teaches you how to prevent and manage diving emergencies, assist other divers, and perform basic first aid.

Notes

• To enroll in the Rescue Diver Course, you need to be at least 12 years old, have an Adventure Diver or equivalent certification with completed Underwater Navigation Dive, and have completed Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care training within the last 24 months.
